 Working as deep as your body comfortably allows, and then just a little bit more, or a little bit less (depending on your needs) allows your troubled tissues to release and normalize. While a soothing relaxation massage is great in its own right, my preference is giving the kind of massage that I myself enjoy getting.

That would be a real, therapeutic, make-a-difference-in-my-body-AND-my-life kind of massage.

In addition to slow, deep, thorough massage upon the entire body, I specialize in holding trigger points in problem areas, such as muscle attachments throughout your neck, lumbar area, shoulders, etc. This greatly increases blood flow and transforms specific areas of chronic pain into welcome pleasure.

 

While 60-minute massages are good for maintaining the health of the body, a 90-minute treatment allows time to focus on problem areas and bring them back into proper function.

My touch is nurturing and empathetic while at the same time therapeutic and efficient.
